Archibald Hope House

The main construction of the final office accommodation Archibald Hope House at Eskmills is now complete. This two storey building overlooks the piazza and forms the complete East side of the Courtyard. Basically it is a new steel framed building using the original stone walls as a non load bearing facade. It will provide 19,400 sq.ft. of open plan office accommodation, featuring full access flooring, Cat 2 lighting, full CAT5e data wiring, air sourced heat pumps and comfort cooling, with a central feature common entrance / reception, and lift. The dramatic main covered entrance of Archibald Hope House will overlook a fully landscaped area combining wildlife, sculpture, seating, woodland walks and a dedicated car park.
