Flexibility is key, particularly for growing businesses, so we try to think creatively to accommodate requirements and do it as quickly as possible. We have many years experience onsite within our management team – from project management to telecoms, so we try and help out wherever we can.
Spaces of 1,000 to 2,000 sq ft – about 10-20 people worth. These suit either companies growing organically within Eskmills as a next step, or established companies looking to locate here.
We try to speak to our tenants regularly to see what their current requirements are and how we can accommodate everyone. I think our current record is moving 5 tenants around in a weekend, it is just like a really big jigsaw puzzle!
Our smallest offices start off from just 250 sq ft – think space to suit 1-2 people. We have a real mix of individuals and companies in these spaces, from those just starting out to established companies and charities.
You can start off with a single desk in a shared space (we limit this to only 5 to make sure that it stays small and friendly). This is done for an all in price of £195 per month exc VAT to include rent, internet connection, phone (excluding calls) and utilities.
The main reason for taking one of these currently seems to be to escape small children.
