We think of big offices as anything over 2,000 sq ft – starting at around 20 people. Our current biggest tenant occupies 11,500 sq ft but we can go bigger with options to create space for a single occupier up to around 20,000 sq ft.
Flexibility is key, particularly for growing businesses, so we try to think creatively to accommodate requirements and do it as quickly as possible. We have many years experience onsite within our management team – from project management to telecoms, so we try and help out wherever we can.

We try to speak to our tenants regularly to see what their current requirements are and how we can accommodate everyone. I think our current record is moving 5 tenants around in a weekend, it is just like a really big jigsaw puzzle!
Our smallest office space starts off from just 120 sq ft – a private space for one person. We have a real mix of individuals and companies in these spaces, from those just starting out to established companies and charities.
