We’re delighted to be hosting a health and wellbeing event next week for our Eskmills tenants. Join us from 12-2pm on Tuesday 7th May in the Eskmills Courtyard.
Come along and chat to representatives from Sustrans Scotland to find out more about the benefits of cycling to work. Not only is it a great way to get fit, it can also help you save money, plus it’s better for the environment too!
We’ll also be welcoming Kev Grigg Fitness, a personal trainer based here at Eskmills. He’ll be on hand with tips on how to make the most of a fitness membership, and how to fit in plenty of exercise around your working day.
Finally, you’ll be able to chat to Mark Lowry Yoga about the benefits of taking up yoga for your health and wellbeing.
The event is open to all Eskmills tenants, so please do come along and join us on Tuesday!
