This year's charity event The Eskmills Open Hickory Golf competiton was held on Friday 20th June 2008.
This being the event's 3rd year offered the additional opportunity (after the nine holes of hickory golf and some lunch) to attend a race meeting held at surrounding Musselburgh Racecourse. Known locally as a 'Putt and a Flutter'.
Where better to play than on the historic Musselburgh Links Old Course following the footsteps of 'Open Championship' golfers - and using the same style traditional hickory clubs?
Details of next year's event will be available on this website. Enquiries can be made at the Isertal / Eskmills office in Stuart House.

CAMPIE PRIMARY SCHOOL display ENVIRONMENTAL exhibition at ESKMILLS Gallery space.
Cementing the partnership Eskmills have with their local primary school the P7's from Campie have organised, designed, set-up and promoted their very own exhibition in the gallery space at Eskmills.
This was in direct response to Fanny Christie's exhibition last year. Her enthusiasm and participation had encouraged the class to create their own messages and interpretation about the human impact on our environment. The childrens' studies have been linked closely to recycling issues, global warming and linking with local companies, and this exhibition offers an ideal platform to complimenting their studies and broadening the learning experience. The public are welcome to visit this exhibition over the two week period, and we particularly welcome the family and friends of the artists to visit the exhibition.
The exhibition is open from the 12th January through to 26th January 2007. Opening hours are 10.00am - 6.00pm Monday-Friday. (Closed weekends)
