Eskmills Limited are appointed by Isertal Limited, the developers, to manage the complete site and office facilities at Eskmills.

Eskmills Limited is permanently based on site in Stuart House with staff in charge of the day to day running and maintaining of the site.

Every tenant has an internal phone link direct to the management office, and also to the main Stuart House reception desk, ensuring easy contact and prompt response to any tenant problems. The main reception at Stuart House also coordinates the door entry and CCTV systems, receives deliveries and generally ensures Eskmills operates to the best standards, and fulfills tenants' aspirations.
