Telecommunications, IT and Broadband Pricing
Optical fibre delivery of telecom is available in all buildings giving access to almost unlimited high speed communications.
An optical fibre network also connects all the buildings giving all tenants the opportunity of immediate access to a high speed central broadband, full DSL (2 Meg and upwards) service. This service administered by Isertal gives a tenant internet access within a day of signing, at a very competitive price, with a minimum contract period of one month.
All buildings are Cat-5e data wired.
A fully specified telephone system again networked to all buildings similarly gives tenants (should they wish) immediate access to a digital Siemens Realtis system. This system features DDI numbers (every phone has a unique number which can be directly dialled into from outside), grouping of phones to a common "directory number", individual voicemail on every phone or group, call forwarding (to a mobile or home phone for example), music on hold, together with a further number of more technical advantages. Again this service is available within a day, and has a minimum contract period per phone of one month. Additional phones can be immediately provided, or phones no longer required removed, giving tenants an extremely flexible phone system tailored exactly to their needs. Calls are charged at standard BT rates.
Every office is also connected via phone to the Comissionaire in Stuart House, giving a central service for messages, deliveries, security and general guidance.
Similarly all offices are connected by phone to the Eskmills management team, enabling prompt attention to problems as they arise.
Telecom and IT networks are administered by on site staff.
