With the festive season fast approaching and plenty of nights out on the horizon, it’s time to get planning your diary for the month ahead. We’ve taken a look at what’s on at our local theatre, The Brunton, during November to help keep you entertained in the run-up to Christmas in Musselburgh.
Fans of David Bowie shouldn’t miss this ultimate tribute act to the legendary music star. Ed Blaney’s Ultimate Bowie is a stunning two-hour show full of classic hits, all the way from Space Oddity to Let’s Dance. Ed is accompanied by a seven-piece band for an amazingly atmospheric performance.

Borders Big Band 2019
The ever-popular Border Big Band returns to The Brunton this November to recreate the swinging sounds of the ’30s and ’40s. With twenty musicians playing all the classic big band hits, this is sure to be a great night out. Also look out for some more modern swing tunes too!

Dance Inspirations European Tour 19
Dance Inspirations are leading an international competition, searching for Europe’s most exciting new dance act. If you fancy your chances, why not head along and take part? Wilderland is a brand new film festival bringing important, breathtaking stories from the natural world to the big screen. Made by independent film makers from around the globe, these groundbreaking short films offer an insight into incredible wildlife from snow leopards and orangutans to humpback whales.
