MEETING ROOM HIRE

TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Hire Rates

- Eskmills Residents: £20 per hour plus VAT.

- Non-Residents: £25 per hour plus VAT.

- Full-day packages are available upon request. Please contact us for details.

2. Booking & Payment

- Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed only once written confirmation has been provided.

-Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations

- A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or amend a booking without charge.

- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total hire cost.

4. Use of Facilities

- Hirers are responsible for ensuring the room is left in a clean and tidy condition.

- Any damage or additional cleaning costs may be charged to the hirer.

5. General

- Eskmills reserves the right to refuse or terminate bookings if these terms are not complied with.

- By confirming a booking, the hirer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
